We are seeking an experienced and proactive Saviynt Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for action, enabling them to design, develop, scale, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This position involves direct involvement in handling complex incidents, implementing changes, and driving continuous improvements within Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms. The candidate will also play a critical role in managing integrations, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve tickets escalated by the Level 2 support team.
• Manage IGA configurations and policies.
• Coordinate with vendor support to identify and troubleshoot product issues.
• Resolve high-complexity incidents related to application integrations.
• Lead change management efforts, including performing platform changes and coordinating with the client team.
• Collaborate with third parties to address infrastructure issues.
• Conduct problem management and root cause analysis for recurring or complex issues.
• Provide up to xx hours of monthly support for enhancement projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts.
