Oracle ERP / SailPoint Engineer

About The Position


Dragonfli Group LLC is seeking an Engineer - Oracle ERP / SailPoint to ensure the secure and compliant implementation of Oracle ERP applications for an enterprise within the Power & Utilities Industry. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge involving Oracle ERP, Security Controls, and SailPoint. Experience working within the Power & Utilities industry is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning, development, and management of the security and controls activities, schedules, and resources
  • Develop an enterprise security architecture for a detailed technical design and secure implementation of an ERP solution
  • Provide process/procedure overviews for team members that will participate in security & controls building, testing and deployment activities
  • Analyze security and controls workstream progress and create progress reports
  • Prepare content for program milestone reviews
  • Partner with support and sustainment organization team members to synchronize security and controls processes with existing support procedures and tools
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the PMO



  • Experience implementing complex Oracle ERP projects working with cross-functional teams of Business, IT, and Compliance teams (5-8 years)
  • Experience with multiple implementations of Oracle ERP Oracle ERP
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP solution design and key elements of Oracle application architectures
  • Experience with enterprise security controls providing risk reduction and compliance with security frameworks and best practices
  • Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management applications (3-5 years)
  • Experience within integrating SailPpoint within an Oracle ERP environment (1 – 3 years)
  • Experience with Oracle application/configuration-based controls (workflows, tolerance limits, system checks, logging, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of internal control frameworks or knowledge of IT controls, with experience in understanding IT and Business risks related to Oracle
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a commitment toward continuous learning and sharing of information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written & oral communication skills, and willingness to present on a variety of functional or technical topics to broad audiences
  • Project management and status reporting capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS) required
  • Background & drug screenings


  • Working knowledge of SailPoint I&AM (1-3 years)
  • Experience in Power & Utilities industry (1-5 years)
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, PMP, or Oracle Certifications are strongly preferred
